A reclined position, with feet elevated can be helpful for swollen and aching legs, and can improve venous circulation back to the heart. Gravity acting on the spine in the upright and sitting positions can compress the vertebral disks, and make the muscles work continuously. The Perfect Chair now has perfected it's headrest as well. It now includes two headrest pillow/ lumbar supports. The first pillow resembles the standard, wedge-shaped pillow with one very significant difference: A small self-inflating valve, which allows you to "customize" the pillow to your own head and neck. It's like making a special "mould" of your upper-cervical region - providing unparalleled comfort and support. If you like, you can remove the pillow altogether and use it as a self-inflating lower lumbar support. In that event, you also have a second small, leather cervical pillow that can be used as either a headrest or lower lumbar support.
